How to Register

Registering for the Advanced Poultry Nutrition Forum is quick and seamless.
Simply follow these steps:

Step 1 — Register & Pay
Click “Register & Pay” on the event page to begin your registration.

Step 2 — Review Your Cart
You will be directed to the cart page.
• Enter your promo code (applicable for alumni)
• Click Checkout to proceed

Step 3 — Participant Details & Breakout Session Selection
Complete the participant information form (this will be used as the official attendee record).
Select your preferred breakout session:
• Layer or Broiler

Step 4 — Payment Information
Click Save & Continue, then enter your payment details securely.

Step 5 — Confirm & Pay
Click Place Order & Pay to complete your registration.

Step 6 — Registration Confirmed
Once payment is completed, we will receive your information and your seat will be confirmed.

Forum Registration Terms and Conditions 📜
By registering for the Forum, you agree to the following terms regarding attendance, payment, refunds, and transfers.

  • Mandatory Registration: Every individual attending the Forum, regardless of their role or access needs, must complete the official online registration process.

  • Payment Requirement: Full payment of all registration fees is mandatory prior to the commencement of the Forum. Entry credentials will only be issued to registrants whose fees have been settled in full.

  • Credentials Pickup: Official Forum access badge and materials will be issued at the venue, upon presentation of your official registration confirmation email (printed or digital copy)

  • Access Entitlements: Registration grants access to all scheduled "open" sessions, as well as complimentary meals and refreshment breaks provided during the Forum
